That broke him. His mouth crashed onto hers, fierce and hungry, every kiss tasting like a secret they'd have to live with forever. One hand tangled in her hair, the other gripping her waist, pulling her flush against him until there was no air left between them. Her gasp was swallowed by his lips as he trailed heat along her jaw, down the side of her neck, his teeth grazing just enough to make her knees weaken. *"You have no idea what you're doing to me,"* he groaned, his forehead pressed to hers. Her reply was a whisper against his mouth. *"I think I do."* His thumb brushed the curve of her lower lip, his eyes locked on hers like she was the only thing in the world he wanted. And in that moment, with the sound of their uneven breathing filling the room, she knew - they'd already gone too far to turn back. ---
